Is it this the start of Tinnitus?

I have eyes that fill fulll and need popping regularly and do struggle to pop at times, can anyone tell me is this the start of tinnitus and is there treatments I can start using to assist me?

I decided to go to the doctors straight after my tinnitus research it was only a ear wax blockage so the doctor just said its crucial I maintain my ear hygiene because many people don't realise it can lead to other more serious problems, so now I have a selection of ear hygiene treatments - [mod edit]
