I have lost 65% of my hearing from 2000hz to 8000hz but the rest of my hearing range is normal. This severely affects listening to people, plus i have tinnitus which compounds this problem.
I live in the state of MA. and have gone to the Mass Eye and Ear for testing 3 or 4 times in the past and the audiologist keeps telling me they do not have a hearing aid that will amplify that narrow band of frequencies.
Now i recently met someone who said she has friends that were told the same thing and were able to buy hearing  aids that have solved the problem. Who am I to believe and does anyone on this forum have or had this problem and what were the results.

Thank You

Phonak is at the forefront and is considered one of the best hearing aids manufacturers in providing superior hearing devices that allow all people to enjoy crisp, clear sound without sacrificing comfort and style. You can use it. This is the very comfortable device.
