So, lately my issue with Tinnitus has gone from tolerable to absolutely annoying...
Lately there have been times where I really feel absolutely helpless and wonder how much longer I can mentally deal with it.
I`d like to hear from anyone else with Tinnitus problems and what you do to deal with it...prescription drugs, soft drugs, therapy, etc...?

I have no tinnitus, But i tell you, Tinnitus is not a disease. Rather it is generally a symptom of something wrong in your auditory system.

I have constant tinnitus in both my ears as a result of having bilateral Meniere's Disease.  Only place I was ever completely immune was when I worked at a television station in the control room.  The white-noise and loud machinery in the room pretty much drown out the tinnitus.  Since losing my job I try to have other things to focus on.  sometimes it helps, but mostly it drives me nuts.

Sometimes tinnitus can be caused by ear wax blockage so maintain a regular ear hygiene routine is crucial

Unfortunately, for the majority of us here, ear wax has nothing to do with it.  It is a main ingredient along with hearing loss for those who fight this battle every day.
